I found my life when I laid it down
All our lives are built on, or centered around a certain person, place or thing. It could be one's career goals, or certain ambitions, maybe even one's spouse or sometimes even one's self. When we start building our lives on these, we seldom think about the rough patches and the storms that our lives have to endure. Many a times we can pass through unchartered territories quite seamlessly, and come out a bit scathed, but slowly and unknowingly, we start confiding in these feeble and fragile foundations. However, when in life, we're suddenly struck with a whirlwind of a storm, we realize we're soon going to be shipwrecked. These foundations cannot hold and will not sustain - we're probably going to go down along with whatever we've built our life on. What happens when everything you've built comes crashing down? What happens when you lose everything you've hoped for? What happens when the one thing you've so desperately clung on to, gets washed away into the sea?
